‘Prime location’ industrial development begins to rise

The Phase 4 development, Evolve, is beginning to take shape with main contractor A&H Construction & Developments Plc having already erected much of the steel frame for the first of nine planned hybrid style industrial units.

This exciting development is in a prime location, adjacent to our Innovation Centre and the Silverstone Grand Prix Circuit, and will also include a gym and nursery for occupiers’ use.
