WNC offer free Support to Fill Your Vacancies

At West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) want to enable local employers to utilise the skilled local labour market, so WNC act as a conduit to ensure local opportunities have the greatest level of local benefit. In order to help businesses to recruit, WNC offer the following:

  • Free business support and funding available to employers within West Northamptonshire
  • Free employment support to upskill residents and enable them to secure local, sustainable employment
  • Marketing support to showcase any vacancies through digital marketing, in-person events and more
  • A dedicated employment e-newsletter of opportunities distributed each month to candidates
  • Hosting of the regional Careers Hub, working with schools to support the future workforce providing employers with work experience, internship, placement and apprenticeship opportunities
