As we begin an intense programme of testing and development for our 2022 WRC project, we are looking for a Hybrid Engineer to join our events team.

Duties will include:

  • Provide quality technical support during workshop builds, testing and events.
  • Management of high-voltage power units.
  • Working as part of a team to help maintain and develop hybrid performance.
  • Identifying and solving technical issues.
  • Assisting with production of technical literature, bulletins, presentations and event reports.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Be educated to a high standard, preferably degree level.
  • Have 3 years relevant experience in either hybrid or electric competition environment.
  • Have a good level of mechanical understanding, preferably some hands-on experience.
  • Have good computer literacy and understanding of data logging and analysis software.
  • Have excellent interpersonal, relationship building skills and capable of providing a professional image at all times.
  • Have a strong analytical approach and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Be able to write professional technical customer facing documents and quality reports.

The role requires a consistently high level of performance and quality in a highly pressurised and time sensitive environment. Experience in a similar race or rally setting would be an advantage. The role would suit a self-motivated team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. Experience of leading a small team would be beneficial although not essential. A flexible approach to working hours is required and the candidate must be comfortable with extensive world travel.

As we begin an intense programme of testing and development for our 2022 WRC project, we are looking for a Hybrid Technician to join our events team.

Duties will include:

  • Attending race/rally events worldwide to provide hybrid and electrical support including fault diagnosis and repairs or replacement of wiring harnesses and electrical components.
  • High-voltage safety procedures.
  • Carrying out extensive pre-event checks to our race/rally cars.
  • Maintaining our event spares package.
  • Creating post event reports to provide feedback to our engineering team.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have an electrical background and some hybrid experience.
  • Be educated to a technical level.
  • Have a thorough understanding of automotive electrical systems.
  • Have a strong analytical approach and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Offer a professional image at all times to clients, sponsors etc.
  • Previous motorsport experience would be an advantage.

Experience in a similar race or rally setting would be an advantage.  The role would suit a self-motivated team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. A flexible approach to working hours is required and the candidate must be comfortable with extensive world travel.

As we begin an intense programme of testing and development for our 2022 WRC project, we are looking for a Hybrid Technician to join our workshop team.

Duties will include:

  • Working alongside our experienced Electrical Technicians to manufacture and service electrical and hybrid components across our whole range of race/rally cars.
  • Understanding assembly drawings and operating in line with our quality control standards.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Strong wiring skills with previous experience in an electrical/ electronic assembly environment including crimping and soldering.
  • Be well organised and delivery focused, to meet on-time deadlines in a high pressured and time sensitive environment.
  • Have excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Knowledge of hybrid technology and experience in a similar race or rally setting would be an advantage. The role would suit a self-motivated team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. A flexible approach to working hours is required.
