Home Delivery Heroes

Here’s to the champions of the home delivery fleet which is going to be working extremely hard over the next months to close the 3-week backlog of delivery slots.  This means vans and drivers doing longer shifts on the roads to catch up.
SPAL are also aware other food retailers are launching new home delivery fleets in response to demand and the PM’s statement of their importance to keep the stay at home nation supplied.

Regular servicing of these hardworking vehicles with quality OEM fan parts will be crucial to allow the fridge units to work flat out and reliably. SPAL are pleased to confirm they have significant stocks and can supply everybody who needs product. Meanwhile, SPAL Italy is still working 3 shifts, 6 days a week and production/delivery is unaffected by the current situation.

Green Shoots

As the clocks go forward, farmers are springing into action in fields across the country now that the ground has dried out enough for ploughing and sowing.  Working round the clock after a period of downtime, maintenance will no doubt be at the top of list and once again we have the right parts available for service.
