‘Evolve’ Amenities Project Underway With Works Starting This Week

The project will deliver a new gym, café and children's nursery for Silverstone Park occupiers

We are pleased to let you know that work will begin this week on the ‘Evolve’ Amenities Project at the Evolve development site and Innovation Centre, Silverstone Park.

This exciting development will bring fantastic new facilities exclusively for occupiers at the campus, including:

•             A new café and external seating area (Innovation Centre)

•             A gym (Innovation Centre)

•             A children’s nursery at the Evolve development, opposite the Innovation Centre

The project is scheduled for completion in Q1 2026.

As the works progress, Silverstone Park will be sharing vision documents and offering opportunities to tour the site, so everyone can see the development take shape.
