Martin’s Rubber Company is a class-leading manufacturer of custom-made rubber products for industries at the cutting edge of technology such as Formula 1, high-end performance vehicles, aerospace and defence. The company designs and produces parts in technically demanding materials and configurations at our factory in Southampton.

A new role

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, and with the support of an internal salesperson who is also dedicated to your client base, you will be responsible for creating leads, progressing opportunities and closing deals. This role is focused on working with vehicle designers and manufacturers. The Company already works with all Formula 1 teams and has a great reputation for providing complex parts under challenging conditions. also supply high-performance and niche vehicles, but there is still plenty of room for growth in these markets and your job will be to facilitate that growth and continue to build on the reputation the company already has in existing and associated markets, whilst project-managing work for existing clients.
