LCV 2019 - A Big Thank You!

Thank you to everybody that visited us at LCV2019 and to all the companies that exhibited on our stand and helped contribute to a hugely successful event. Congratulations also to all of our 2019 R&D Competition winners and we look forward to working with you all on developing these innovative projects - please don't forget to register for the New Projects Workshop on 23rd September.

Feasibility Competition Now Open 

Sponsored by Innovate UK and the Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV), the Niche Vehicle Feasibility Competition is providing SMEs and micro-companies active in the low-carbon niche vehicle technology sector with grant funding of up £25,000 to undertake desktop research activities aimed at catalysing innovative vehicle technologies applicable to road-going and off-highway vehicles, within the following technology categories:

Lightweight vehicle and powertrain structures
Electric machines and power electronics
Energy storage and energy management
Disruptive low emission vehicle technologies
Aerodynamics development

Bids must be submitted by 11th October. The studies run for 3 months and must be completed by the end of March 2020.

The RAPID Challenge - just a few days left to apply!

The RAPID Challenge is a new competition aimed specifically at entrepreneurs and start-ups developing innovative physical products with the opportunity to share in a prize package of over £50,000.
