Aerospace Forum Birmingham, 19-21 March: MAA annual conference & B2B meetings
31 January 2019

AF Birmingham is a supply chain event that brings together engine makers and first-tier suppliers with the entire supply chain.
On day one AF Birmingham features a major international conference coordinated by the Midlands Aerospace Alliance. Prominent speakers will address aerospace business growth opportunities, future technology directions, how supply chain companies can improve their performance - and, inevitably, the implications of Brexit
On days two and three, engineering, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, commodity teams, suppliers and service providers will meet through pre-arranged meetings.
"It is my pleasure to welcome the international aerospace industry to Birmingham, UK. The Midlands aerospace sector has grown up alongside our automotive industry over the last 100 years to become one of the world's premier aerospace clusters. We may not make aircraft but we do make superb aircraft engines and a wide range of innovative hydro-mechanical, electrical and electronic systems. We are proud of our engineering and manufacturing capabilities that generate more than 45,000 jobs at more than 300 large and small companies. I am honoured to join Rolls-Royce, UTC Aerospace systems, Moog Aircraft Group, BCI Aerospace and all of our aerospace suppliers in hosting this outstanding event in the Midlands.
We look forward to seeing you in Birmingham in March 2019."
Dr Andrew Mair, Chief Executive.
