The MIA released a Position Paper on the EU Motor Insurance Directive Proposal

EU Motor Insurance Directive proposal (the VNUK issue)

On 22nd January 2019, members of the EU Parliament IMCO Committee will vote on proposed amendments to the European Commission's Motor Insurance Directive (MID) proposal.

Ahead of this crucial vote, the MIA released a Position Paper providing background information relating to the potential impact of this proposal, if unamended, on the European motorsport industry and the support of the MIA in regard to certain amendments being voted upon.
